ORDERS:

-You will receive an invoice with payment details within 48 Hours
PAYMENT:
-Payment must be made within 48 Hours once invoice is sent. If we did not receive your payment, your orders would be CANCELED.
- DBS/POSB Internet Transfer (I-BANKING)
- DBS/POSB ATM Transfer
- Interbank transfer
*IMPORTANT : Please send us a snapshot of your receipt/Ibanking and keep the receipt until you receive your items.
All payments made without a snapshot would be ignored by us even if you did paid.
SHIPPING:
- Once payment is received, your items would be shipped within 3 Working Days.
- All RA mail tracking numbers would be sent within 2 Working Days after items are mailed.
- All RA mail tracking numbers would be sent within 2 Working Days after items are mailed.
- We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost mails, therefore, we strongly encourage customers to opt for registered mailing.
- Speed of posting would not be determined by us, it would be determined by SPEEDPOST.
- We do not ship overseas for now, we would try to change on that soon!
EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY:
- We would refund/exchange for the following :
Defected items :
- You would be given only 7 days if you want a refund once items are mailed.*
- Should you want a refund, all items must be in original state (unwashed etc) or we will mail back the items VIA Normal Mail.
Out of stock :
- We would refund you full amount if items are OOS.
*We would NOT do exchanges/refund for the following :
Colour difference :
-Do give allowance to some differences in colours/shades due to studio lightings and differences in screen resolutions.
Sizing :
- Do allow a 0.5-1' difference in sizing.
- If you bought the items at a wrong size, we would not be responsible for it, therefore, please check carefully before sending in your orders.
